As practitioners in the work of DEI, we draw on numerous sources to build our praxis. We employ techniques ranging from gender studies and indigeneity and de-colonized practices to antiracism and organizational models and so much more.

Relational Specificity

We believe in centering those who hold marginalized and minoritized identities so they exist in a world that understands the work of community building. Power is found in clarity, consistency, and beginning our work where our own individual privileges begin.

Innovation

We recognize that the field of DEI is emergent and constantly evolving. That also means we are unafraid to try new techniques, seek new challenges, and work alongside your team or leadership to produce the approach your institution needs.
